Gobble, Gobble, Gobble     

I think I'm in trouble

for ruffling my feathers

and strutting my tail.

Do they love me? Or hate me,

I don't understand!

There's nothing as dumb

as a big cluck called man!

Just tell me why?

would they want to hobble

the feet of a lady -

and throw her in jail!

I wish they could gobble

just a small bit like me

then I'd ask, old buddy!

what's it gonna be?

Then pet her and feed her

and feel of her breast

declare to their friends

they've got the best.

If your intent is kindly

I'll settle for that

and stay in this crate -

and grow lazy and fat!

Stuffing her daily

till she can't hardly stand

then fondling her body

with an axe in their hand..

If you plan to abuse me

well don't be absurd!

you can't out wit

this fat Lady Bird!

They're always smiling

when they come near my cage

then sometimes they weigh me

and leave in rage!

I'll just quit eating

and wither away

and I won't come to dinner

on Thanksgiving Day!
